CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY

Every item comes with our Marlow Memorabilia Certificate of Authenticity (COA). On each certificate is our Exclusive Marlow Memorabilia Hologram which is individually numbered corresponding to your item. If the Hologram is tampered with or removed it will destruct and it is impossible to transfer the hologram to other items.

We know where all our products have come from and only purchase through a handful of industry leaders and trusted suppliers. Marlow Memorabilia have carried out a number of the signings ourselves.

In most cases we will provide a signing picture on the certificate, for items we are not able to we will supply a picture of the item on the Certificate.

All our items we sell are hand signed the image displayed of the product is used as an example – the signature size, position and style may vary slightly.

SIGNING VIDEOS

We have a few signing videos on our web site for you to view, where our trusted suppliers have conducted exclusive signing sessions.

DPD DELIVERY

All our items are sent via DPD with tracking details provided once your order has been processed. You will receive a text message to confirm your delivery slot if this is not convenient you can liaise with DPD to confirm a more suitable delivery date. You can enter your DPDP tracking details onto our site to track your item.

Unframed Items

We aim to deliver all unframed items ordered before 12pm for the following day.

Framed Items

We carry a large number of framed products in stock and aim to deliver within 3 working days. Some items may need to be framed, as soon as we receive your order it will be sent directly to our framers. We require up to 10 days for delivery although in most cases it will be much quicker.
